Issue/Introduction

Is UTF-8 mandatory for CDA v24.x database ?

Does CDA v24.x require the database to run on UTF-8, or is UTF-8 only mandatory for AE v24.x database while CDA v24.x database can continue operating on a NON-UTF-8 database?

CDA database does not require a migration to UTF-8 .
