Issue/Introduction

When you try to install NSX on the ESXi hosts, it fails with the error:
Transport node cannot be configured for hosts individually as config manager is enabled on the cluster in vSphere system. (Error code: 26171)

Environment

VMware NSX 4.x

Cause

The vSphere Cluster is prepared with vSphere Configuration Profiles. 

Resolution

vSphere Configuration Profiles is not supported if NSX is also enabled for the cluster. Recreate the cluster with vLCM(single image) or no specific cluster image.
