DSM Appliance is stuck in Failed state in VCF Automation 9.0 post deleting it from the VCFA 9.0.x

Issue/Introduction
Post deleting the DSM appliance services from VCF Automation 9.0.x, it's stuck in Failed state in VCFA UI.
Environment
VCF Automation 9.0.x
Cause
This issue arises if the DSM appliance has been deleted and post deletion, there is a stale entry.
Resolution
1. SSH to the VCFA appliance and clean up the finalizer by running, as root:
kubectl -n prelude patch secret dsm-config-serviceaccount -p '{"metadata":{"finalizers":[]}}' --type=merge +
2. Encforce reconciliation (Confirms Addons):
kubectl get addons -n prelude
3. kubectl get helmreleases -n prelude
4. kubectl patch helmrelease addons -n prelude --type='merge' -p '{"spec":{"values":{"test":"fix"}}}'
5. Once addons has been patched, you should see below status upon executing the same command.
kubectl get addons -n prelude
6. Once addons has been patched, You should be able to delete the stuck/unhealthy DSM appliance.
