Is JRE enough for all AWA components?

Product: CA Automic Workload Automation - Automation Engine v24.x

Resolution

The JRE is enough for most of the AWA components. The JDK was required only for some specific "old" Web-Service Agent (SOAP).  In general, the AWA components uses only JRE and it's not restricted only to Oracle JRE, basically any JRE can be used for as long as the JRE version is supported. In addition, the AWA One Installer requires a JDK.  If in doubt, please open a case via Broadcom Support.
