Issue/Introduction

Generic SAML 2.0 Identity providers allow flexibility in working with many vendors. The below documentation will provide information from RSA on how to configure the RSA Cloud Authentication to work with VCF Single Sign On (SSO).

Resolution

RSA has provided the following steps for set up attached to this KB. Some of the steps provided were from the VCF Automation setup documentation for generic SAML. If the following does not assist with the configuration, please reach out to RSA support for further assistance.

If another identity provider is being used (I.e DUO, keycloak, etc), refer to the vendor for further support and configuration.
