Skyline Health Diagnostics (SHD) Notifications fails when having more than one contact

Issue/Introduction

Only first email / contact would receive the email notification. Any other email addresses added would not get the notification.
Under Settings, under "Notification Distribution Group"

This issue is resolved in SHD version 4.0.8.
