Organization members are assigned organization roles and service roles. As an organization owner/admin, you can edit both kinds of role assignments for members of your organization.
Organization roles specify the privileges that an organization member has over organization assets. Service roles specify the privileges that an organization member has when accessing VMware Cloud Services that the organization uses. All service roles can be edited and changed by a user with organization owner privileges.

Organization Owners/Admins will have access to the IAM (Identity & Access Management) page via the left-hand navigation menu. From here, they can:
Edit the permission of a User.
1.Click 'Users'
2. The list of existing users will be displayed under Active users
3. Select the user whose permission we want to edit, and click on the Edit or the pencil icon.
4. Add an additional role or remove an existing role for that user, followed by any changes to be made at the service role section.
5. Then click Save
