Issue/Introduction

Aria Automation UI reporting 'upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection timeout' when accessing via web browser

deploy-XXX.log reporting following:

ERROR: connection to database failed
DETAIL:
connection to server at "postgres-#.postgres.prelude.svc.cluster.local" (###.###.###.###), port 5432 failed: Connection refused
        Is the server running on that host and accepting TCP/IP connections?

command 'vracli status' reports following:
connection to server at "postgres-#.postgres.prelude.svc.cluster.local" (###.###.###.###), port 5432 failed: Connection refused Is the server running on that host accepting TCP/IP connections? 

Environment

Aria Automation 8.18.x

Resolution

Allow communication on port 5432 between cluster nodes from the firewall.
