Issue/Introduction
BYOD 2.0[Bring Your Own Data with Data Connect (Beta)] Status in Data connect List page shows FAILED. Clicking on Failed status shows 'No valid files found in the given path. Please ensure the directory contains files that meet the required criteria'
Cause
Folder format should was correct (YYYY-MM). However older month data and value mentioned is not per the requirement.
Resolution
Current Behavior in BYOD 2.0 [Beta]
BYOD 2.0 [Beta] currently supports data collection only for the current month and the previous month.
Customer Action
The customer renamed the folder to 2025-10 (representing October) and uploaded the corresponding data.
Impact
Since October is the previous month relative to November, the renamed folder follows the expected format (YYYY-MM) and should be processed successfully.
