Customers often request these reports to meet their own auditing and compliance requirements, leading to questions about whether Broadcom provides a SOC 1 report for their AutoSys installations.

Product: AutoSys Workload Automation

Deployment: On-premise installations

Resolution

SOC 1 report requirements do not apply to AutoSys Workload Automation when deployed as an on-premise application. This is because customers are responsible for installing, managing, and maintaining their own on-premise AutoSys systems. Broadcom, as the software vendor, does not manage the customer's specific deployed instance, which would be the scope of a SOC 1 report. Therefore, a SOC 1 report for AutoSys as an on-premise application is not provided by Broadcom.
