Issue/Introduction

Only selected domains are visible for the one administrator under Quarantine portal.

Resolution

In a scenario, where [email protected] have only access to some of the domains as administrator, he is configured in the Administrators section in the Email Security.cloud portal, Dashboard > Platform > User Quarantine Settings for custom settings in the desired domains. In the example below, the same administrator is added only to example1.com and example2.com settings, so the view in the Quarantine portal looks as follows:
