vCenter management connectivity lost intermittently

Issue/Introduction

• Unable to consistently access vCenter management IP.
• Vcenter UI is intermittently inaccessible.
• While validating the ping test connectivity we do see the "TTL expired in Transit", which is indicating a routing loop.

Cause

Underlay routing loop created a vCenter management connectivity issue.

Resolution

Please engage the physical network team to validate the physical routing configurations and to isolate if any route loop occurrence.
