In IGA v15.0, An error while attempting to create/modify the object "AuthenticationDirectory"

Issue/Introduction

An error related to the Authentication Directory is observed when trying to access IM Admin Console (immanage). While attempting to access the management console, we see errors below repeatedly.

The only way to access the management console is to disable admin console auth.

Cause

It appears somehow the "AuthenticationDirectory" is deleted in this case.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, we advise following the steps below.

1. Log in to igx UI.
2. Select "Service" tab --> then select "Identity manager" on the left-hand side.  Then select the "Siteminder" tab.
3. Disable the "Enabled"  check box as shown in the picture below (Not the "SiteMinder" check box).
4. Press the "Apply" button. Then the "AuthenticationDirectory" directory will be created (Make sure "Enable Admin Console Auth" is true under the "General" tab.
5. Once the IM server app and "AuthenticationDirectory" are created, then enable "Enabled" (above step 3 ).
