Issue/Introduction

Executing the following command with the VCF Download Tool fails with the error "ERROR: UMDS binary could not be found."

./vcf-download-tool umds run -S --enable-host

Environment

VCF 9.0

Cause

If the VCF Download Tool fails to extract, commands using the tool will fail.

Resolution

Re-extract the VCF Download Tool.
If it still fails, change the client machine and extract it again.
