During NSX upgrade pre-check, SDDC Manager returns an error message: NSX UC Rollback failed as UC is not upgraded

Issue/Introduction
If an NSX upgrade attempt from SDDC Manager has failed and upgrade process is initiated again, the pre-check tries to upgrade NSX Upgrade Coordinator and roll back the upgrade.
During the subsequent attempt, if NXS Upgrade Coordinator is already upgraded, a new upgrade and a subsequent rollback cannot be initiated.
As a result, the pre-check might fail with the following error message: NSX UC Rollback failed as UC is not upgraded.

Resolution
This is an NSX 9.x known issue.
Workaround: Ignore the error message and initiate the NSX upgrade from NSX Manager.
