Contact Broadcom Support to acquire the DLL fix, then follow the steps below.
Workaround:
- Close the CCS console
- Take the backup of file Symantec.CSM.ThirdPartyIntegrationInfrastructure.PublishedInterfaces.dll from CCS console directory: <Install_dir>\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\<GUID>\<GUID>\syma..tion_<GUID>
- Download the Symantec.CSM.ThirdPartyIntegrationInfrastructure.PublishedInterfaces.dll attached to the KB
- Replace the file Symantec.CSM.ThirdPartyIntegrationInfrastructure.PublishedInterfaces.dll into the CCS console directory: <Install_dir>\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\<GUID>\<GUID>\syma..tion_<GUID>
- Re-launch the CCS console
