Unable to find ESXi update

Issue/Introduction

• Cannot locate the desired ESXi version.
• ESX upgrade file cannot be found in Broadcom Downloads page.
• Unable to navigate Broadcom Downloads portal to obtain the desired ESXi version.

Cause

Support site navigational issues.

Resolution

• Select "VMware vSphere" from the "My Downloads" page, select "solutions" as shown below:
  
  
  
  
  
• Then select entitlement. This example is selecting "Enterprise Plus" and selecting 8.0:
  
  
  
• Now search for respective build number. This example is using 202628.
  
  
• On the next page find the update files under "solution Downloads".
