Cannot change certificate in Fleet Management to add Subject Alternative Name

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to add a new Subject Alternative Name (SAN) to the VCF Operations certificate in Fleet Management, the option to select Fleet Management Locker CA is missing. The only available option in the Replace with Configured CA certificate menu is Microsoft CA.

Environment

VCF Operations 9.0.x

Cause

The Fleet Management Locker UI is disabled by default in VCF Operations 9.0.x. Consequently, users cannot generate new certificates signed by the Fleet Management Locker CA through the user interface.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, open a support case with Broadcom Support to request assistance with enabling the Fleet Management Locker UI or generating the certificate.
