When use the Broadcom SMP/E Internet Service, for receive Maintenance

the IP address seems to be changed  according to the TELNET command :

EZA8200I MVS TCP/IP TELNET CS 3.1
EZA8256I Connecting to EAPI.BROADCOM.COM 172.66.0.165, port 443
EZA8262I Foreign host did not respond within OPEN timeout (8560)
