Issue/Introduction

Aria Operations Integration within Aria Operations for Logs using vCenter Entra ID service account from "VMware SSO" Authentication sources in Aria Operations fails with error:

"Invalid username or password"

• No login failure to Aria Operations UI using vCenter Entra ID service account.
• From Runtime logs, you will see unauthorized access error:

Cause

Aria Operations integration with a VMware SSO Authentication sources is not supported.

Resolution

VCF Operations integration using VMware SSO Authentication sources will be supported starting from version VCF Operations 9.1.
