Issue/Introduction

When logging into the Operations UI, you may notice key functions (Operations, Capacity, etc) are no longer present. 

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.x

Cause

Missing or expired Aria Operations licensing.

Even after adding the "vSphere 8 Enterprise Plus for VCF subscription" license key to Subscriptions > License Management > vCenter and License Management within VMware Aria Operations console, this issue will persist.

 

Resolution

You must either enter your legacy license key in Subscriptions > Legacy Licenses, or in Subscriptions > License Management if you have a new subscription-based license key.
