Customer ER: Add to installer for containers.conf add [containers] label = false

Issue/Introduction

The installer creates a new containers.conf (under /etc/containers) without below:
 
[containers]
label = false
 
It has only the proxy info.
 Please add an option to add this

Resolution

Install adds to  containers.conf (under /etc/containers) :
 

[containers]

 

label = false

 

 

 

[engine]

 

selinux_enabled=false
