Limiting AutoSys EEM to IPV4 only

Issue/Introduction

What configuration change is required to have the Autosys EEM 12.x use IPV4 only and not default to IPV6?

Environment

Autosys 12.x,24.x
EEM 12.X

Resolution

Edit the igateway.conf and add the following:

<Connector name="defaultport">
<port>5250</port>
<mustlisten>true</mustlisten>
<AddrType>IPV4</AddrType>

 

A restart of the iGateway Service is required to have the changes take affect.
