Forced Traces after renaming a Promptset inside an object

Issue/Introduction
The AE system blocked entirely with thousands of Forced Traces and equal versions in Version Management after modifying a Promptset value inside an object.
The version number in Version Management remained the same.
The following error is observed in MELD:

The Forced Traces only stopped after restarting the AE.

Workaround:
Upgrade to 24.4.2hf1 or above; in this version just one forced trace is generated.
Solution:
Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
