UIM robot installer Service-ctrl.sh script incorrect variable

Issue/Introduction

Script service-ctrl.sh that creates nimbus.service with incorrect variable which creates issue to automate the installation.

 

 

 

Environment

DX UIM 23.4 GA-CU6

Resolution

The engineering team will change  ${NIMBUS_USR } to ${NIMBUS_GRP} at line no 38 in service-ctrl.sh and NIMBUS_GRP should be defined in /etc/nimbus.conf file like NIMBUS_USR.

This change would be the part of CU7 release ETA March 2026.
