UIMapi timeout Issue

Issue/Introduction

The uimapi package has times out frequently with below error message:-

 [http-nio-80-exec-515]  ERROR com.ca.uimapi.services.controller.AlarmResource:setAlarmProperty:1114 controller.AlarmResource - set_custom_property failed for alarmId:QT08340298-99275
com.ca.uimapi.exception.ResourceNotFoundException: HTTP 404 Not Found

 

Environment

   UIM   -  23.4.4
   Robot - 23.4.4
   wasp  - 23.4.4
   uimapi - 23.4.4

Resolution

1. Deactivate the wasp probe on the Robot with the uimapi (OC Server)
2. Delete the <installPath>\Nimsoft\probes\service\wasp\work directory and its contents.
3. Deploy the latest uimapi package to the robot system which is hosting the wasp with uimapi.
4. Activate the wasp probe
5. Clear Browser Cache
6. Restart the Nimsoft watcher Services
