VMware HCX
During the HCX bulk migration, the source VM will be shut down, and this operation can fail for the following reasons.
VMware Tools is not installed or running on the guest OS, or the VM is unresponsive.
The ESXi host managing the virtual machine became disconnected/unresponsive during the operation.
