HCX cold migration is showing a warning "This option is not supported by selected migration type and will not be applied"

Issue/Introduction

• The following warning appears in the migration UI during an HCX Cold Migration.
  Warning:This option is not supported by selected migration type and will not be applied.

Environment

VMware HCX

Cause

The warning indicates that the options "Primary NIC", "IP Address", "Gateway", "Subnet Mask", and "Connected" cannot be used in Cold Migration.

Resolution

This is expected behavior for Cold Migration and you can ignore the warning and proceed with the migration.
