Aria Operations Deployment Stuck at "Continue Setup"

Issue/Introduction

When accessing a freshly installed Aria Operations appliance you are met with a "continue setup" message that when pressed, carries through a setup wizard and refreshes back to the "continue setup" once done instead of completing the deployment. 

Environment

Aria Operations 18.x 

Cause

This can be caused by either a browser caching issue or the use of an incorrect account when performing the setup. 

Resolution

Navigate back to the Aria Operations appliance in a Private Browser window. Once there, log in as Admin and continue the setup.
