Issue/Introduction

Site shown as Unknown and disconnected from the VLR (SRM) plugin.

Error: "Unable to retrieve pairs from extension server at Unable to login to 'Site Recovery Manager Server at"

Environment

VMware Live Site Recovery 9.X

Cause

An unprivileged account login to VLR can restrict in sites getting connected to procced with further actions.

Resolution

Make sure the user has adequate SRM administrator level access or one must use SSO administrator level access to continue operation.
