CSV Extraction Export Per-Period Metric Headers not exporting with Standard Calendar

Issue/Introduction

When the Calendar is set to Fiscal the per-period metric headers export fine to CSV, but when Calendar is set to Standard, the per-period metric headers for Days, Months, Weeks, Quarters, Years are blank.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. In Clarity MUX Reporting - Go to Report Designer
2. Create a new report with layout format Data Extraction (CSV) and select the Investment data provider
3. Add columns Name and the some Per-Period Metrics like Allocation and ETC
4. Note the display shows the period headers (the months)
5. In Setup, in Period settings set the Calendar to Standard
6. Click "Preview" and the click "Export to CSV"
7. Open the CSV file

Expected: The "Per-Period metric" headers for the Periods (Months) should display on the exported CSV file.

Actual: The "Per-Period metric" headers are missing in the CSV file.
