Issue/Introduction

You received the following error message when attempting to do a SERVICE ORDER:

GIM69276S GIMGTPKG PROCESSING FAILED. THE GIMZIP PACKAGE IS NOT DIGITALLY SIGNED. USER IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO DOWNLOAD OR USE GIMZIP PACKAGES THAT ARE NOT DIGITALLY SIGNED.

Missing required security authorization

Resolution
