Issue/Introduction

Under Partner Generated Billing (PGB), the error message below may appear when editing an existing billing block to become a Full Family block or when creating a new billing block to become a Full Family. 

Error: There was a problem saving your billing block. Click here to reload this billing block and fetch the most recent data. Please note: this will undo all selections you have made in this billing block. 

Resolution

This is likely because some of the linked accounts under the payer account you chose have been selected in other billing block under the same or a different channel customer. 

When you choose the payer in the billing block, all linked accounts will display in the block and there will be warning triangle next to the ones that are assigned to a different block already. This will give you a hint where to find them.

The solution is to deselect those accounts from the other billing block in order to be able to create a Full Family block.
