Issue/Introduction

  • vIDM has been recently upgraded to CSP-102092.
  • All daily operations are working as expected.
  • The system diagnostic page does not load 'Integrated Components' data for one or more nodes.

Environment

VMware Identity Manager 3.3.7 (CSP-102092)

Resolution

A graceful reboot of the vIDM cluster via Aria Lifecycle manager should resolve the issue.

Please take snapshots before the power cycle.

  • In Aria Lifecycle manager, find the 'globalenvironment' environment on the 'Environments' in 'Lifecycle Operations' and click 'View Details'
  • Click the three dots and select 'Power Off'.
  • When the request completes, click the three dots again and select 'Power On'.

If the issue persists, or a graceful power off/on is not possible, please open a support ticket with Broadcom, stating any steps taken.
