Issue/Introduction

Alarms are raised in the NSX Manager UI indicating that the minimum capacity threshold has been reached.

The number of objects defined in the system for <capacity_name> has reached <capacity_usage> which is at or above the minimum capacity threshold of <min_capacity_threshold>%.

Environment

VMware NSX-T Data Center
VMware NSX

Resolution

1. Reduce the usage of the object type mentioned in the alarm. The alarm will clear automatically after the counter falls below the threshold defined in the system.

2. You can continue to use NSX Manager as normal until Maximum Capacity alarm is triggered. For details on maximum supported limits, refer to the VMware Configuration Maximums page.
