No replication server is listed out while configuring a legacy replication

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• vSphere replication status are green on both site.

• While configure replication, no replication server is listed on target site.

• There is error message on dr UI:

  "Unable to connect to vSphere Replication on port 8123"

Environment

VMware vSphere Replication 8.x

VMware vSphere Replication 9.x

Cause

hbrsrv service fails to start

Resolution

Check hbrsrv log to determine the cause.
