Resource Blueprint: The 'Base Calendar' field is missing in Rule Actions for selection

Summary: The Resource Object 'Base Calendar' attribute is missing in the blueprint rule 'Actions' builder. The administrator can see it in the condition builder for matching filtering criteria, but if the administrator wants to hide the field from the properties page, it is not possible because it cannot be selected.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Look at the Standard Resource Blueprint rule for the Calendar module, the 'Base Calendar' field is in a rule 'Action' condition, but not visible.
- Rule Name = When Resource Type is Expense or the Resource is a Team, hide the Calendar Module and disable editing the Base Calendar attribute
- Try to create a custom rule and the 'Base Calendar' field is not available for selection. For example, you may want to hide it from the properties field when the resource is inactive.
- Click 'New rule' button
- Rule Name = 'Hide the Base Calendar field when the Resource is Inactive'
- Target Object = 'Resource
- Rule Type = View Page
- Go to Conditions Section
- Match Filter = All
- Click '+Add filter' button
- Select the 'Active' field = No
- Go to Actions Section
- Click '+Add actions' button
- Select 'Hide Attributes'
- Select 'Hide Selected'
- Click '+Select' button
- Search for 'Base Calendar' field
Expected Results: To see the 'Base Calendar' field show up in the 'Actions' builder for selection to create a rule to 'Hide Attributes'.
Actual Results: The 'Base Calendar' field is not showing up in the 'Actions' builder for selection.
Workaround: None.
Note: The stock business rule is working as expected even though the field is not displayed on the rule definition page. The field will be hidden on the Resource Properties page if it is configured for resources using the associated blueprint.
