ACF2 CICS CESL signon with passphrase not working in some CICS regions.

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to CICS 6.2 on two LPARs, a CESL signon using a passphrase has stopped working in some of the CICS regions.
(but still works in other regions on same LPAR).  
In the affected regions, entering the same credentials that work for a TSO logon give an "Invalid credentials entered" message for 
the CESL signon.

Resolution

In the regions where passphrase is not working, the CESL transaction is pointing to a trans profile that has UCTRAN(YES).
By changing to a profile with UCTRAN(NO) the passphrase is received in mixed case, resolving the issue.
