Webpulse health tests failing in IPV6 environment

Issue/Introduction

When looking at the health tests on Security Analytics, both of the tests for Webpulse are failing.  The names of the tests are

• WebPulse Service
• WebPulse Database

Environment

Security Analytics 8.3.1
IPV6 connectivity

Cause

The /etc/hosts file was missing an entry for webpulse.es.bluecoat.com. 

Resolution

Before checking the /etc/hosts file, confirm that the Data Enrichment services are enabled by going to Settings > Data Enrichment.  If they are "red", click each one to enable them (green).

Edit the /etc/hosts file from the command line and add the following two lines:

2600:1901:0:a77b:: subscription.es.bluecoat.com
2600:1901:0:7a18:: webpulse.es.bluecoat.com

Then manually run the Webpulse check service by running:  shine.sh
