ConnectAll Orphan management not running due to "Unexpected error occurred in scheduled task" error

Issue/Introduction

Several orphan management plans were scheduled to run daily, but items were not being cleaned up via orphan management.   

We see the following error in the Orphan log: Unexpected error occurred in scheduled task

Found in Release 3.9.1

 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Set up Orphan Management job

Expected Results: 

• The job runs at the expected time

Actual Results:

• The job doesn't run at all

Workaround: 

• Start the Orphan job manually.
