Issue/Introduction

After switching authentication source to Open LDAP, unable to add new user accounts directly from Aria Operations 

Environment

Aria Operations 8.17x

Aria Operations 8.18x

Cause

With Open LDAP authentication source, users cannot be added directly to Aria Operations, and need to be imported from Active Directory/LDAP source. 

Resolution

New users need to be added from active directory/LDAP source using access control >>  import from source
