Issue/Introduction
After deployment of Usage Meter, you need to do the following things to complete the initialization:
1. Register Usage Meter by UUID at VMware Cloud Foundation Business Services Console (VCF BSC).
2. Get the associated Access Token from the registered Usage Meter at VCF BSC.
3. Input Access Token at Usage Meter's initialization menu.
4. Validating Access Token and Usage Meter UUID at the initialization menu.
When the validation fails, you might see the error like "This instance is not the correct recipient of the provided access token."

vCloud Usage Meter 9.0.x
Cause
This error happens when inputting Access Token from for the different Usage Meter UUID.
Resolution
1. Check if Access Token was retrieved from the same Usage Meter to be initialized at VCF BSC.
2. If you are not sure about Access Token's accuracy, find the same Usage Meter UUID and do "Rotate Access Token" at VCF BSC to get the renewed Access Token.
