DX O2 Allowing to clear non closed alerts

Issue/Introduction

If I clear a spectrum non-clearable alarm directly in O2, it (incorrectly) clears the alarm in O2,

The alarm can not be cleared in the spectrum, so it stays as an open alarm in the spectrum; therefore, we have alarm mismatch (not correct synchronization) between DX O2 and spectrum.

Cause

One of the code changes caused the behavior to break

Resolution

This is fixed in the SaaS rollout end of November 2025. Now UI will not allow clearing the Spectrum non-clearable alarms.
