Renamed Promptset is not renamed in the referencing object

Issue/Introduction

Renaming a Promptset which is used in other Objects does not rename the Promptset there, even though AWI does show the objects referencing it that needs to be updated.

Expected behavior: rename operation should update all objects referencing it as it does on version 21 or previous versions
Actual behavior: the rename operation does not update at all the objects referencing the prompset that is being renamed and "corrupts" the related objects
