Resolution

The alert may well be an older alert.  Please follow the steps below:

  1. Click the three vertical dots to the right of the alert and select "Edit"

  2. Select "Archive" to archive the alert.

  3. If the condition that triggered the alert is still present, the alert will return.  

  4. If so, please open a support case for the VCF Operations for Networks team using the instructions at Creating and managing Broadcom support request (SR) cases
