Issue/Introduction

Unable to Sync Images for Cloud Account
Error message is "Image synchronization failed. Cannot complete login due to an incorrect user name or password.".

However the account works for Inventory Sync for that Cloud Account.  And the same account is able to do Image sync with other cloud accounts.  Also tried a different account, same error message.

Environment

Aria Automation 8.18.x

Resolution

Follow these steps:

1. Shutdown the pods:opt/scripts/deploy.sh --onlyClean
2. Restart pods:  /opt/scripts/deploy.sh
3. Check image synchronization.
