Cannot build apihub

Issue/Introduction

The customer is planning to upgrade to the latest version of API Hub, but they are encountering a build failure when following the instructions provided at:  https://github.com/CAAPIM/APIHub

The build fails with the following error:

"Request failed "403 Forbidden" at ResponseError.ExtendableBuiltin"

Environment

API Portal 5.3

Cause

The yarn.lock has the reference of the artifactory URL.

Resolution

Delete the yarn.lock and run the make install.
