Response rules configured with a custom attribute using the “Is None Of…” negative condition are triggering when they should not

Issue/Introduction

Response rules with a custom attribute negative condition (Is None Of...) trigger when they should not.

For example, if a response rule uses the condition “Department Is None Of HR” and the action is “Set Status to Info.”

The response rule action is triggered even if the Department custom attribute value is “HR”.

This issue is fixed in versions 16.1 MP2 and 25.1 MP1.
