Response rules configured with a custom attribute using the “Is None Of…” negative condition are triggering when they should not

Issue/Introduction

A response rule using the “Is None Of” condition with custom attribute triggers the action even when the condition doesn’t match.

For example, if a response rule uses the condition “Department Is None Of HR” and the action is “Set Status to Info.”

The response rule action is triggered even if the Department custom attribute value is “HR”.
