What the optimal implementation strategy should be as far as order of applying the maintenance to Ideal and IPC?  Should IPC and IDEAL maintenance be applied concurrently?

Resolution

IPC and Ideal are strictly related, so installing the maintenance to these two products concurrently is correct.
