Issue/Introduction

When going to the hostpkg page it fails to with with this error

DB_DataObject Error: Connect failed, turn on debugging to 5 see why

Environment

• App Control Server: 8.10.x and Higher
• Windows Server: All Supported Versions

Cause

This can happen if the IIS Account is missing permissions

Resolution

Make sure that the IIS Application Pools are using the correct service account via these steps
